Come join us Friday 6-7:30pm for Open Mat we’ll have Poke from Aloha Stop & Shop and Acai Bowls from Acai Alaska. Regular Adult NoGi class is canceled and we will have open mat with Professor Tinguinha and some delicious food during that time instead.
