I deal with it much the same as you Debbie. I have never liked change eiehtr, and yet here I am in a job where change is the thing that has kept us so successful. In technology you eiehtr change and grow or die! And really, that is like us. We were meant to change, and I have learned things when change was forced upon me that I never would have.
